Accessing a TA/Class Account

The ta_login script allows you to login to a teaching assistant (TA) account. (If you have not already registered for a TA account, see Registering for a TA/Class Account.)

To use the ta_login script, enter ta_login and the username for the TA account at a Linux prompt. You will be prompted to enter your passphrase. The following is an example of how to login to the cosc140 TA account.

prompt> ta_login cosc140

Please type exit after you are finished using your TA account.
************************************************************
Enter passphrase for key /path/to/your/key:
After you are finished using the TA account, close the session by typing exit 
in each window in which a TA account session has been opened.
