We are the IT staff for the Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. All pages on this site relate to the IT systems and services provided by our department.
How to Request Help
If you cannot find a solution to your problem in our Knowledge Base, contact us directly.
- Fill out the Submit an EECS IT Support Request.
- Email us at eecs-ithelp@utk.edu
- Call us during normal business hours at 865-974-2735. Voice mail is monitored.
- Visit the EECS IT Help Desk in Min Kao 423
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
