Who Are We?
We are the IT staff for the Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. All pages on this site relate to the IT systems and services provided by our department.
How to Request Help
If you cannot find a solution to your problem in our Knowledge Base, contact us directly:
- Fill out the Submit an EECS IT Support Request.
- Email us at eecs-ithelp@utk.edu
- Call us during normal business hours at 865-974-2735. Please note that this number may not be staffed at all times due to the current Coronavirus outbreak.
- In-Person visits to the EECS help desk are suspended until further notice.
